The Fund provides financing to support entrepreneurship in Dushanbe. The Fund provides soft loans to business entities for the creation and reconstruction of workshops and manufacturing enterprises in Dushanbe. Loans are provided in the national currency - somoni and at a rate of 10% per annum for both medium and long-term loans.
