Goals and objectives of the Fund

The main activities of the Institute are the financial support of government programs, projects and activities to support entrepreneurship in the city of Dushanbe. Educational, information and analytical, editorial and publishing, financial and economic activities and medical relations.

Main tasks of the Fund:

• Financing the implementation of the proposed priority projects for the development of entrepreneurship and the city's economy;
• Assistance in the process of building market relations based on business support and development of competition through the involvement and effective implementation of major programs, projects and events of small and medium-sized businesses in Dushanbe;
• Assistance in conducting examinations, competitions of programs for the development and support of entrepreneurship in the country, investment projects in the field of small and medium-sized businesses, market supply and job creation;
• Protection and financial support of innovative business activities, encouragement of innovation and production of new types of innovative products, cooperation in the process of mastering new technologies and inventions;;
• Financing of business development and support projects at the Dushanbe and local levels;
• Assistance in financing the training of specialists for business entities, their advanced training, support for new economic structures;
• Purposeful control over the use of funds allocated by the institution or supported by the board of the institution from other financial sources;
• By agreement with the founder, stop financing in cases of misuse of funds by business entities;
• Allocation of short-term, long-term loans and financing of economic turnover within the framework of the state program for the support and development of society based on decisions of the Supervisory Board;
• Provision of financial assistance for the state registration of entrepreneurs in Dushanbe;
• Attracting creative teams, scientific (expert), banking at the expense of domestic and foreign specialists for the implementation of scientific innovations.
