The Dushanbe Industrial Entrepreneurship Support Fund provides financial support in the form of concessional loans for the creation and reconstruction of production facilities, workshops and enterprises in Dushanbe at an annual rate of 10% for up to 5 years.
To get access to the Fund's credit sources, the borrower needs to apply online or directly at the Fund's office, as well as provide a business plan and a number of other necessary documents.
If credit requirements are met, a credit application is filled out, which is subsequently submitted to a meeting of the credit committee for approval and allocation of a loan amount. When providing support, a loan agreement is signed, and the borrower is allocated the loan amount

By the decision of the Mayor of Dushanbe city Honorable Mr. Rustam Emomali dated February 21, 2019, within the framework of the state Institution "Dushanbe Industrial Entrepreneurship support Fund" No. 101 in order to implement the state policy on business development, the creation of enterprises that produce various products, the creation of favorable conditions for attracting investment and incentives for entrepreneurs, creation of new jobs and industrialization of the capital.
