The state institution "Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship in the Industrial Sphere of the City of Dushanbe" operates in accordance with the Charter, instructions and orders of the executive body of the city of Dushanbe.

In order to promote the development of industrial entrepreneurship in Dushanbe and the creation of new jobs, in accordance with the decision of the Mayor of Dushanbe, Rustam Emomali, dated February 21, 2019, No. 101, the State Institution "Fund for the Support of Entrepreneurship in the Production Sector of the City of Dushanbe" was established and was registered on December 5, 2019.

The activity of the Institution to provide preferential loans to industrial businesses in Dushanbe began in 2020, and the Institution regularly accepts applications for loans from entrepreneurs for the creation and reconstruction of industrial enterprises.
